Yaw Loops-Grade One Family hint on Dropping Maiden 4 Track EP Ahead of Nsoatre Music Festival.
Ghanaian Versatile Music Producer and Song Writer popularly know as Yaw Loop has officially hinted on releasing debut EP under Grade One Family “Hood Trap”, a 4-track project that introduces his sound to the world with a constructive mix of talent and collaboration.
The EP features 5 rising MC’s which is set to dropped anytime soon and edge support from his fans, blending genres Hip-Hop and Trap sounds with personal storytelling and polished production.
Each track serves a different mood, from the high-energy opener to the reflective closer. The features bring variety without overshadowing Yaw Loops voice, with contributions from 5 different artists a mix of rising acts in Bono Region.
Speaking on the project, Yaw Loops said; “Hood Trap is about where I come from and where I’m going. It’s the trap of the hood, but also the trap of the mindset. Every feature on this project is someone I respect and someone who understands that story.” A 4-song project that captures the grit, hustle, and ambition of life on the streets with a sound that refuses to be boxed in.
The project production, mixing and mastering credit goes to Yaw Loops.
Yaw Loops plans to support the release with a visualizer. A video snippet off the EP is already gaining traction on TikTok and Facebook.
Hood trap is set to be out soon on all streaming platforms Spotify, Apple Music, Audiomack, Boomplay, and YouTube among others.
